At Aspire Perfection, we understand the importance of a clean and comfortable environment for students. Our University Accommodation Cleaning service is designed to keep student living spaces fresh, organised, and stress-free. We dust surfaces like desks, shelves, and countertops, and vacuum carpets. Trash bins are emptied, and we ensure sinks and mirrors in bathrooms are spotless. In the kitchen, we wipe down counters and clean the exterior of appliances, including the inside of microwaves. Bathrooms are sanitised, covering toilets, showers, and tubs. Let us handle the cleaning, so students can focus on their studies in a clean, comfortable space. With Aspire Perfection, student accommodation remains fresh, ensuring an environment where comfort and cleanliness go hand in hand.
Cancellation Policy
Aspire Perfection is committed to delivering top-quality event cleaning services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. This policy outlines the guidelines for our event cleaning services, including the scope of work, cancellation, and rescheduling terms. Our cleaners will only clean the areas specified and agreed upon before accepting the job. This help us understand the exact sections that require attention, ensuring our services align with your expectations. Any additional areas outside those agreed upon will not be cleaned unless arranged prior to the service date. To cancel or reschedule a service, the following rules apply: Any cancellation will incur a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total service fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the client. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, Aspire Perfection will retain 25% of the service fee and refund the remaining balance. Clients can reschedule free of charge if the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. However, if a rescheduling request is made within 12 hours of the scheduled service, it will be denied, and the service will proceed as initially scheduled. If access to the property cannot be provided at the scheduled time, Aspire Perfection will retain 25% of the service fee and refund the remaining 75%. Clients are responsible for confirming the cleaning areas and providing access at the scheduled time, while Aspire Perfection is dedicated to adhering strictly to the agreed scope of work. This policy ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the service terms, maintaining a smooth and professional experience.
